Show me your recipe!

I love to cook and have lots of recipes ranging from early 1900's to present! I pull my old cookbooks out and use many recipes.....so I will post one that is really good!
1-hr rolls
2 pkgs yeast (or 2 tbsp of yeast if you buy bulk)
1/4 cup warm water
place above together for 10 minutes or until yeast dissolves
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup sugar
Heat together until luke warm
Mix together
4 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup oil
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Take pans and divide real butter and melt. Mix all above together in a large bowl. Let stand 10 minutes. Roll and cut into desired shapes, turn each roll in butter, let rise 30-45 minutes and bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes! Best rolls ever
Hot French Bread
1 loaf french bread
cut bread long ways
Mix and spread on both sides with oleo/butter/ margarine.

1/2 cup chopped green onions
